Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is comprised of leaders from KanREN member institutions. All user communities are represented in the make-up of the Board, and the Board composition is modified over time to stay consistent with the membership.

Directors are elected as determined by our articles of incorporation and bylaws. Directors serve renewable two-year terms, and are elected by the membership at the KanREN Annual Meeting held each April.

KanREN member sites are encouraged to contact board members at any time with concerns or to raise issues for discussion by the Board.
